Purchasing now
Starter, Team, and Business can be purchased via self-service. Sign in to the portal and subscribe under /account/billing via the Stripe Checkout page. The step-by-step flow, payment methods, and VAT handling are described under Payment and billing. Enterprise continues to run via the contact form.
Upgrade and plan change
When your team grows, you switch to a larger plan directly in the Stripe Customer Portal (via the "Manage subscription" button on /account/billing). Stripe prorates the difference for the remainder of the period. Switching via email for special situations is still possible.
Renewal and cancellation
Self-service subscriptions renew annually via Stripe automatically. You can cancel at any time via the "Manage subscription" button in the portal — access remains active until the end of the period, after which it ends normally. Details at Payment and billing and Cancellation.
